Unlock Creativity in the workplace

Workshops and tools for new solutions using Hypno-CBT.

You don’t have to work in the creative industry to understand the need for creative thinking. All industries, all problems demand new perspectives and fresh ideas – especially today.

It seems like we’re living in perpetual crisis and anxiety. This breeds a state of fear and freezes creativity, as people take fewer risks.

Yet the solution is in the problem.

We need to relax, free up our minds, be bold and imaginative to overcome these problems in order to find our way through and thrive.

This is where my work comes in.

How I can help and the workshops

I’ve worked in the creative fields for over 25 years. So I bring all that experience and understanding to my Hypno-CBT work with my business workshops. These can be shaped around your brief with a choice of lengths and topics. Here are just a few examples of tools and processes:

-       Psycho-education around thought and

emotion management

-       Imagineering for creative solutions

-       Creative flow hypnosis

-       Self Hypnosis for idea generation

-       Synergistic mind-mapping

-       Tension Release Breathing

-       Relaxation and freedom

-       Idealised Self Image hypnosis

-       Future Goal visualisation

What hypnosis is and why it’s so powerful

Hypnosis is relaxing, dynamic, engaging and, dare I say it, fun.

Simply explained, it is a way of focusing on certain ideas or images, taking them on board at a deep level and acting on them. This involves relaxation, imagination and motivation. It can be profoundly transforming.

We self-hypnotise every day, almost every moment – engaging with certain thoughts and beliefs of our own, or others’ - to the exclusion of anything else. This engagement can affect our emotions in all kinds of ways. Some good, some bad and can bring about high levels of creativity (everything comes from a thought or the imagination) or negativity.

What happens in the workshops

In the workshops I talk more about these ideas, how to be more aware and how to use imagination, focus and self talk effectively.

There will be a mix of psycho-education, evidence=based exercises and tools which I teach as a group - either via online video or in person.

There will also be plenty of takeaways - audios, information and literature to keep and homework which I encourage staff to undertake.
